Scots born Alan Youngson completed his BA (Hons.) in both English & Theatre Arts and a B.Ed. with specialist Speech & Drama teacher training in Canada. Throughout his 45 year career, Alan has been employed as General Manager by 4 performing arts centres, Artistic Director of 3 theatre companies, Drama Consultant for 2 Education Departments and 5 years as CEO/Executive Producer of 1 Arts Festival. His specialty is directing and character acting in comedy, farce and revue shows – as well as writing, performing and winning several Toastmaster Humorous Speech contests.
