Barney's Fair

The story unfolds as this Irish family, aided and abetted by the befuddled hero Paddy, try valiantly to save the fairground from being sold by the landlord Mortimer Stubs, to a developer as a Golf Course.

The stallholders of the fair, including the amazing Madam Valda Fortune Teller, Wan Hung Lo Chinese Herbalist and Nellie the Belly dancer are assisted by Granny and Cathy in their endeavours to prevent Lady Poncington Jones discovering the real owner of the fairground.

Learn the secrets of Chinese herbs, meet Monty the python take crash courses in self defence and try to unravel the intricate family relationships as they eagerly follow Barney and Granny to the hilarious and surprising conclusion of the play.
