PETER
PAN - the Croc Rock Musical

Here
is a Musical with fresh catchy music, that’s modern and very funny. The
production has already been staged professionally by the Renaissance Opera
and Theatre Company and has toured to most parts of regional Victoria.
Peter
Pan the Croc Rock Musical has all the best ingredients of previous film
and animation adaptation's of J.M. Barrie's classic tale, but builds the
themes into a modern musical that would suit any professional, amateur
theatre or primary and secondary school production.
It has the coolest Crocodile
since James Dean met Elvis, Princess Tiger Lily is a shopaholic, Captain
Hook is a forgetful Shakespearean thespian, while Peter Pan, The Lost
Boys and Wendy maintain all their original charm.
Alexander
McKenzie has written over 20 beautiful new songs including; "You Can Fly",
"Walk the Plank", "Pirates Do it With Style", "It's Nice to be Nasty,""The
Crocodile Tear Blues", and "Believe"
The
Musical is available in two forms , a full scale musical with cast of
22 principals plus unlimited chorus of Lost Boys, Indians, Pirates and
Mermaids. Or as a shorter touring pantomime ideal for 6 professionals.
To make it even easier for performance, there is the option of orchestral
parts or a backing CD.
HANSEL
& GRETEL : A Fractured fairytale
What
have the Queen of Hearts, the White Rabbit, Little Red Riding Hood, and
a Crazy Jester got to do with Hansel and Gretel? Nothing, normally. But
in this production of Hansel and Gretel: A Fractured fairytale , anything
can happen.
Existing in two forms;
full scale musical for a cast of 13, or as a touring pantomime ideal for
4 professionals.
SNOW
WHITE: A Further Fractured fairytale!
What
could be more entertaining than Mother Goose telling the story of Snow
White? Well, imagine the confusion when Mother Goose has to resolve a
strike of the Nursery Rhyme animals led by Poppa Bear , the Prince keeps
rescuing the wrong girl, and the mischievous Rumplestiltskin is distracting
everyone from their part in the story.
Existing in two forms;
full scale musical for a cast of 19, or as a touring pantomime ideal for
4 professionals.
LITTLE
RED RIDING HOOD : A Fird Fractured fairytale
He's at it again. That
crazy Jester is back, and this time he's here to tell the story of Little
Red Riding Hood. When he unknowingly sends the wolf off to blow down the
houses of the three little pigs, and sends Little Red off to Wonderland,
it's any body's guess if they ever get to granny's house. Fortunately
Jack, who has fallen in love with Little Red, climbs down from the beanstalk
and, together with the Woodsman from Snow White, they save the day.
Existing in two forms;
