SYNOPSIS: Bill runs a hotel business in the country, but it has fallen on hard times so a sale of his memorabilia has been organised to keep the place going. His daughter Tessa has been offered a place at a city Art Institute but is relucant to leave her Dad alone. Enter David Rigby a journalist and his girlfriend Prue looking to buy some antiques. Bill resents the city folk and is angered when David tries to talk his daughter into attending the Art School in the city.
